📜 Service rules and terms

What happens in every case, published in advance. These rules are part of the terms of service and both parties accept them when booking and when posting a trip.

Rules version 1

🛣️ How it works

✈️
The traveler posts a trip

With a passport and ticket reviewed by the platform, and a fixed deposit frozen before publishing.

📝
You write your list and book

Named items with approximate prices and weight. The full amount (goods + fee + courier) is held by the platform, not by the traveler.

🧾
The traveler buys, opens and photographs

From known shops with a mandatory invoice, and uploads an inspection photo of every item before traveling.

📦
Hands the parcel to a courier in China

The parties never meet. The platform prints the waybill to any Chinese city, and the tracking number is the proof of delivery.

🎉
You receive, confirm, and the money is released

You have 5 days after delivery to confirm or open a dispute; after that the money is released to the traveler automatically.
