📖 About the university

Hebei North University is a public comprehensive university in Zhangjiakou, northern Hebei province, formed in 2003 from the merger of local medical, teacher-training and agricultural colleges with histories going back to 1945. It offers a broad range of programs but is best known for clinical medicine, agriculture and animal science. The university serves the mountainous and agricultural regions of northwest Hebei and Inner Mongolia's borderlands. It trains many of the doctors, teachers and agronomists working across the region.
