Qilu Institute of Technology is a private undergraduate university in Shandong Province with campuses in Jinan and Qufu. It was founded in 2005 as Xingtan College of Qufu Normal University, an independent college, and was converted into an independent private university in 2014. The university offers a wide range of applied programs in engineering, information technology, medicine, nursing, economics, management and education. Its main campus is in the Zhangqiu district of the provincial capital Jinan, and it enrolls close to thirty thousand students.
