Anhui University of Finance and Economics in Bengbu is the leading finance and economics university of Anhui Province, founded in 1959. It concentrates on finance, accounting, economics, statistics and international trade, and its statistics and applied-economics programs are well regarded nationally. The university has a long tradition of training accountants, bankers and economic planners for central China.
