📖 About the university
Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics in Urumqi, founded in 1950, is the only specialised finance-and-economics university in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It offers finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business and tourism, and plays a key role in the economic development of this Silk Road region. It trains the business and financial professionals of the far northwest, with bilingual education for its many ethnic students. Its campus lies in the regional capital Urumqi. The university welcomes international students, notably from Central Asia, interested in finance and business.
