Soochow University (SUDA) is a public research university in Suzhou, a historic city in Jiangsu province near Shanghai, with roots reaching back to 1900. It is a Project 211 university and part of the national Double First-Class initiative, and it has grown into a strong comprehensive institution with notable research output.
