Huaide College of Changzhou University is a private undergraduate independent college located in Jingjiang, a Yangtze-side city administered by Taizhou in Jiangsu Province. It was founded in 2002 as a publicly run private secondary college, was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent college in 2005, and in 2014 relocated to Jingjiang, where it is run jointly by Changzhou University and a local investment company.
