Xi'an Technological and Business College is a private undergraduate university in Xi'an, the historic capital of Shaanxi Province and one of China's great ancient cities. It began in 2004 as the North Information Engineering College of Xi'an Technological University, and in March 2020 the Ministry of Education approved its conversion into an independent private undergraduate institution under its current name, with its inauguration held that June. The college combines business and management with information and electronic engineering, offering programmes across economics, management, engineering, art and design and the humanities.
