A new dual six-lane provincial road links downtown Yangchun to the station in about 10 minutes; there is no metro, so use this road via a taxi/Didi or a connecting bus.

Traveller notes

Yangchun East opened on 22 December 2025 with the Guangzhou–Zhanjiang high-speed railway, putting Guangzhou about an hour away by train. Its roof design, inspired by the 'sunlit banks of the Mo River and layered green ridges,' reflects Yangchun's mountainous scenery; the older conventional Yangchun Station (since 1991, on the Guangmao railway) still serves the town center with slower trains.
