There is no metro in Wuyishan. The station is south-east of the Mount Wuyi resort and is linked to the scenic area by buses and taxis.

The high-speed station on the Hefei–Fuzhou line, described as one of the most beautiful, serving the World Heritage Mount Wuyi in northern Fujian. Formerly Wuyishan East Station; renamed Nanping City Station on 15 December 2019 after the Nanping government seat moved to the Wuyi New District. It is in Jianyang District, NOT in Wuyishan city — for Wuyishan use Wuyishan North or Wuyishan Station.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

Wuyishan Airport is about 20 km from the station. The easiest way is a taxi of around 30 minutes for about ¥60–80, or the airport shuttle bus. There is no metro in the city.
