Weihui has no metro. Local buses and taxis/Didi wait outside for the ride into town. Note: a separate high-speed station, Weihui South, also serves the city on the Zhengzhou–Jinan HSR at a different location.

Traveller notes
Built in 1902 and opened for business in December 1904 as Jixian Station, it was renamed Weihui in May 1989. A third-class station on the historic Beijing–Guangzhou line, it handles roughly 16-18 regular trains daily and remains the city's main in-town station.
