The only HSR stop in north-western Shenzhen; no direct metro yet, so use bus and taxi to reach central Guangming and the rest of Shenzhen.

Traveller notes

Small station on the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong line (opened 2011), also served by the Ganzhou–Shenzhen HSR. Planned to become an integrated hub in future; facilities are currently limited.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

From Guangmingcheng Railway Station, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) is reached by metro: take Line 6 and transfer to Line 11, the airport line, alighting at the Airport station for Terminal 3, about 1 hour for roughly 9 yuan. Alternatively, ride one high-speed stop to Shenzhen North and use the free air-rail shuttle to the airport. A taxi takes about 40 minutes for around 100 yuan.
