- Line 2 Lanzhou Railway Station (兰州火车站)
Traditional departure point for Tibet trains (via Xining on the Qinghai–Tibet line) and Xinjiang. Halal food everywhere. Do not confuse with 'Lanzhou West' for high-speed trains.
🔄 Getting from the station to the airport
From Lanzhou Railway Station a few direct airport intercity trains run to Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport (LHW) in about 1 hour for around ¥21.5. If none fits your schedule, take the metro or a bus to Lanzhou West Railway Station, where intercity trains leave every 20-40 minutes (¥18.5, about 40 minutes). Airport shuttle buses (about ¥30) and taxis (about ¥120-150) also serve the airport.
