🚇 To & from the city centre
Hotan has no metro. The station is about 6 km from downtown; taxis and buses reach the city centre in roughly 20 minutes.
Completed on 28 June 2011, the station sits on the single-track, non-electrified Kashgar–Hotan railway. Since the Hotan–Ruoqiang line opened in 2022 it has also anchored the world's first rail loop around the Taklamakan Desert. Hotan is renowned as a Silk Road oasis famed for nephrite jade.
