The conventional central station; closer to downtown hotels than Hefei South. Good for regular trains and nearby destinations.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

Hefei Xinqiao International Airport (HFE) is far to the city's northwest. Airport Bus Line 1 runs from the coach station on the South Square of Hefei Railway Station, costs ¥25 and takes about 1-1.5 hours (longer in rush hour), the best-value choice. A taxi costs about ¥100 and around 1 hour.
