Older station handling conventional trains and some fast trains to the northeast. Central location handy for hotels. Halal food in the nearby Niujie Muslim quarter.

🔄 Getting from the station to the airport

To Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK): Metro Line 2 runs a few stops to Dongzhimen, then take the Capital Airport Express (¥25, about 30 minutes); total about 45-50 minutes and ¥28 all in. A taxi takes 40-50 minutes and costs around ¥90.
To Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX): take Metro Line 2 to Chongwenmen, change to Line 5 and then Line 10 to Caoqiao, then the Daxing Airport Express (¥35, about 19 minutes); total about 60-70 minutes. A taxi takes about 50 minutes and costs around ¥160.
