The starting point of the Hanzhong–Bazhong–Nanchong HSR opened in 2024, serving the heart of the old revolutionary base areas of north-eastern Sichuan.

Bazhong Enyang Airport is about 25 km from the station. The easiest way is a taxi of around 35 minutes for about ¥70–90, or the airport shuttle bus. There is no metro in the city.
