In 2017 the Singapore-based EtonHouse International Education Group announced a US$110 million investment to build a school campus project in Deyang, Sichuan Province, comprising a standalone kindergarten, a combined primary-and-secondary school, a second kindergarten-and-secondary campus, and a teacher-training centre, with capacity for around 5,000 students.
