Zhengxiang Mosque serves Muslims in the western part of Hengyang. Founded in the 1980s, it was rebuilt and expanded in the 1990s to accommodate the increasing number of worshippers.

Open for the five daily prayers, with the main Friday Jumu'ah gathering around midday; ablution (wudu) facilities are on site. Modest dress is requested.
