📜 About & history
Jiaman Mosque is the largest and oldest mosque in Yecheng County, located in the county-town center and covering about 3,646 square metres. It is said to have been built around 1540. In 2007 it was listed among the sixth batch of Xinjiang autonomous-region cultural-relic protection units, and it reopened in March 2019 after restoration work.
