Yaozhuang Mosque lies in Xihua County, Zhoukou, Henan, in the heart of the Yellow River flood plain of eastern Henan, about 3 km (six li) from the county town. Its founding date is not recorded; its congregation numbers about a thousand Muslims. It has a five-bay prayer hall in Arab style and more than ten ancillary rooms including north and south buildings and a gate tower.
