Xuanzi Mosque in Honggu District, Lanzhou, was completed in May 1980 on the Gansu–Qinghai Highway (G109). It covers 1 mu with 145 square metres of buildings: a three-bay prayer hall, three rooms for the imam, three storerooms, two guest rooms and three ablution rooms. Every day Muslim travellers from Xining and Minhe in Qinghai and Linxia, Lanzhou and Yongdeng in Gansu pass through, stay and pray here.
