Xinchenzhuang Mosque at Xinchenzhuang, 8 km southeast of Huaiyang in Zhoukou, was built in 1990 to meet the religious needs of local Hui, giving the village its first mosque. It covers 2 mu, with a three-bay prayer hall and a four-bay north building holding the lecture hall and the imam's quarters.
