Xiaohuaili Mosque (Jiyang)

小淮里清真寺
📍 Jinan · Jiyang County 🏛️ 2001

📜 About & history

Xiaohuaili Mosque is in Xiaohuaili Village, Huihe Town, Jiyang County, Jinan, Shandong. It was built in 2001 with funds raised by the villagers, all of whom — more than 200 people — are surnamed Yang, a branch of the Yang family of Dayingzi. Before then they had to go to Dayingzi or Liangshikou to pray. Built much like a local house, the south-facing courtyard holds a 70-square-metre, three-bay prayer hall, three north rooms and four street-front rooms. It was registered on 6 June 2007.
