Xiangcheng Mosque is located near the north gate of the ancient city wall and complements the Grand Mosque. Founded in the early twentieth century, it serves the residential quarters on the northern side of the old city.

Open for the five daily prayers, with the main Friday Jumu'ah gathering around midday; ablution (wudu) facilities are on site. Modest dress is requested.
