Wei 11th Road Mosque is at Jing 2nd Road and Wei 11th Road in Huaiyin District, Jinan, Shandong. It was built in 1940 with funds raised by Hui businesses such as the Yishuncheng halal pastry shop of the Cui family. During the War of Resistance against Japan and the Civil War it served as an underground liaison station of the Communist Party; after the 1956 joint public-private ownership reform it became the Yishuncheng Hui pastry factory. After periods of closure it was restored in 1962, and its property rights were returned in 1978.
