Suzhi is one of the historic 'twelve gong' Salar communities of Xunhua, each of which built its own mosque. The Suzhi mosque anchors this riverside Salar township on the north bank of the Yellow River and remains an active community mosque.

🚇 How to reach the mosque
On the Xunhua–Xining road; local buses and taxis serve Suzhi town.
From the Salar county town, take the westbound road; Suzhi is a stop toward Xining.
West of Xunhua (Jishi) town along the Yellow River toward the county boundary; short drive from the county seat.
A working Salar township mosque rather than a tourist site; Salar spoken, halal food local.
