Shenzhen Mosque, completed in 2013 with a total area of about 3,000 square metres, is the largest mosque in Shenzhen and the seat of the Muslim Association of Shenzhen. Built in Islamic architectural style, it comprises the main prayer hall, ancillary buildings, wudu areas and a garden. As a relatively new mosque in one of China's youngest and most cosmopolitan cities, it serves a diverse community of local Hui, Chinese Muslims from across the country, and a large international population of traders, students and professionals. It has become a key gathering point for Muslims in the Guangdong tech-and-trade hub. Friday and festival prayers draw worshippers of many nationalities.

Open for the five daily prayers and Friday Jumu'ah; wudu facilities on site; modest dress required, headscarf for women. Friday midday prayer is busy with an international congregation; arrive early for a place inside.

🚇 How to reach the mosque
- Line 4 Shangmeilin （上梅林）
Take metro to Shangmeilin station (Line 4) and walk east to Meilin Road; city buses also serve the Meilin area. A taxi/Didi is straightforward.
From Futian high-speed rail station take metro Line 4 north to Shangmeilin, about 15-20 minutes plus a short walk; from Luohu it is a similar metro ride via Line 4.
About 15-25 minutes by taxi or metro from Futian CBD; roughly a 10-minute walk from Shangmeilin metro station.
