📜 About & history
The Nanshangpo Mosque originally stood west of Chaowai Toutiao in Chaoyang District and was demolished during the second phase of the Yabao Road redevelopment. A new site at the corner of Songyu North Road and Nanmofang Road was chosen in 2012, construction began on 18 March 2016, and the new mosque, registered as the Songyu Mosque, opened on 22 August 2018.
