📜 About & history
Magou Mosque stands at the west end of the main street of Magou Village and was listed in December 2021 among the 8th batch of Henan provincial protected heritage sites. Its gate faces east; the complex comprises a gatehouse, north and south side halls and a prayer hall, all brick-and-timber buildings with gabled roofs. Above the prayer hall hangs a plaque reading "Qingzhen wu'er" written by Prince Chun in the Daoguang era. It is a symmetrical, well-preserved Ming–Qing ensemble.
