Lushi Beiguan Lower Mosque stands in the Beiguan Hui neighbourhood of Lushi County, Sanmenxia, where local Muslims gather for the five daily prayers and religious study. It was founded in 1931 (20th year of the Republic); at first it had no proper prayer hall, only a few simple rooms used for prayer.
