Laozhong Mosque is in Laozhong Town, Taikang County, Zhoukou, Henan, 500 m east of Liguanhe Kindergarten. Founded in 1734 (12th year of the Qing Yongzheng era), it is open all day and serves the local Hui community. From 2002 local people raised funds to enlarge it, building the prayer hall and front building and buying the land behind it. The Arab-style complex, laid out like a garden, includes the prayer hall, front building and north and south lecture halls. The current imam is Hai Pingding.
