Jizhaoying Mosque stands in the Jizhaoying neighborhood of Xuanwu District, an old Hui settlement in northern central Nanjing. Its prayer hall was rebuilt in 1912, and after the reform era the mosque was renovated in 1987 with funds raised by the Nanjing Islamic Association. The current four-story complex, designed by architect Ma Xiaodong, covers about 815 square meters and houses a prayer hall, ablution rooms and community offices. It remains one of Nanjing's active urban mosques.

🚇 How to reach the mosque
- Line 1 Zhujianglu （珠江路）
Buses serve the Zhujiang Road / Xuanwu area near the mosque; check Amap or Baidu Maps for current numbers.
A neighborhood mosque in a traditional Hui quarter; small halal shops and restaurants are found in the surrounding lanes.
From Xinjiekou take Metro Line 1 one stop north to Zhujianglu, then walk northeast a few minutes into the Jizhaoying lanes.
