📜 About & history
The Jiujiang Mosque was built during the Jingtai era of the Ming dynasty (1450–1456) on the bank of the Yangtze by the military commander Ha Mazhi, who led over a thousand Hui soldiers. It was the first mosque built in Jiangxi province and marks the arrival of Islam there.
