📜 About & history
The mosque is said to have been built in the late Yuan and early Ming period, originally comprising four structures: the south, north and west mosques and a women's mosque, of which only the south mosque survives today. After a dam was built on the Wei River in 1963, parts of it were demolished. It was restored in 1982 and serves about 2,894 Muslims from four villages in the area.
