Fucheng Mosque was established in the 1980s to serve Muslims in the northern part of Fucheng District in Mianyang. Together with Mianyang Grand Mosque, it forms a religious network covering the city centre.

Open for the five daily prayers, with the main Friday Jumu'ah gathering around midday; ablution (wudu) facilities are on site. Modest dress is requested.
