📜 About & history
The Emin Minaret and its adjoining mosque were built in 1777-1778 CE during the Qianlong Emperor's reign. Financed by local leaders and built to honor the Turpan general Emin Khoja, it features geometric and floral patterns carved into sun-dried yellow brick.
