Luohe East Grand Mosque, on the south section of Jinshan Road, covers 3 mu. Initiated by Ma Lingyun, Tong Hongwei and others, the project was approved in 1992 and construction began in May 1999. It comprises two-storey south and north buildings with a 200-square-metre main prayer hall, plus a five-bay, four-storey street-front building.
