📜 About & history
Changqitun Mosque stands beside the Yellow River dyke at the edge of Changqitun Village, Duandian Town, Huaiyin District, Jinan, and was built in 2009. It is a courtyard compound with its gate facing east; the main buildings are a five-bay prayer hall, two ablution rooms and a large screen wall, on 1,100 square metres with over 300 square metres of buildings. The village's twenty-odd Hui households had never had a mosque and went to neighbouring Xiaojinzhuang to pray, until this mosque was built in 2009 with funding arranged by the Huaiyin District ethnic and religious affairs bureau.
