Changcun Mosque in Changcun Village, Shaoling Town, Shaoling District, Luohe, was founded in 1990 under community leaders Zhou Defu, Zhou Youcai and Zhou Genyou; its ablution room and gate were rebuilt in 1997. It covers over 1,000 square metres with about 400 square metres of buildings, including a prayer hall, a north lecture hall and an ablution room, and serves about 800 Hui in Changcun and nearby.
