It was founded in the Qing Guangxu era by Ma Qixi of the Xidaotang order and now covers 2.3 mu, serving 54 Hui households (278 people). Destroyed in fighting in 1929, it had its school and ablution rooms rebuilt by Ma Mingren in 1947; part of it was pulled down in 1967.
