The Altyn Mosque is located in the town of Yarkand, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang. It is noted for its painted ceilings and houses the tomb of the poet Amannisa Khan (1526–1560), wife of one of the Yarkand khans. Adjoining it is the cemetery of the Yarkand khans, a nationally listed cultural heritage site of China.
