It covers casual, office and children's wear plus bags, shoes and hats; the 3rd floor's nearly 500 kidswear shops form Qipu Road's largest children's-clothing cluster. Floors 4–5 carry mid- to high-end brands and export-quality goods, with a food court on the 5th floor.
