A regional trade centre on Beijing Middle Road in Fuyang's Yingquan District, built under the district government with a 280 million yuan investment on a 780-mu site with 270,000 m² of floor space. Its dry and fresh food wholesale market opened in April 2007, and it trades clothing, shoes and hats, bedding, knitwear and general merchandise, and lighting. Annual turnover is about 4 billion yuan and it supplies an area of roughly 200 km around Fuyang, suiting daily-goods traders in northwest Anhui.
