A large commercial complex in Changsha that grew from the Wanjiali home and building-materials plaza opened in 2002, with over 700,000 m² of floor space; its core is the metro building-materials, furniture and décor city. About 60% of its building-materials and furniture brand stores have traded there for over 20 years, and it is ranked among China's top 50 home-building-materials stores. Wanjiali Road and its metro station are named after it; it also includes a mall, hotels and dining.
