The largest seafood wholesale market in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong, opened in October 2004 in Haitou Town; in May 2023 it became China's third national origin market for marine products after Zhoushan and Dalian. It has 362 traders on a 40-mu site, averaged 890 tonnes a day in 2024 and turns over CNY 6 billion a year. It suits bulk seafood buyers.
