A massive market in Tiexi District, Shenyang, built by Tieniu Group for CNY 3.6 billion on a 360,000 m² site with 1.38 million m² of floor space in two phases; phase one was handed over in June 2009. It houses three specialised markets for clothing, leather and textiles, plus exhibition, logistics, government and financial services, with room for over ten thousand merchants, and is billed as Northeast Asia's largest textile and clothing distribution centre.
