An antiques market set up by the town government in 1999 on Xida Old Street in Shenhou, the historic Jun-porcelain town south-west of Yuzhou, held every Tuesday and Wednesday. Starting with ceramics, it grew to gold, silver, bronze, jade, stone, woodwork and paintings across thousands of lines, with local reproduction workshops trading in a 'shop in front, workshop behind' style — for porcelain and antiques buyers and visitors to the old town.
