A modern agricultural trading centre built by Jiangsu Runheng Logistics in Songbei District, Harbin, with 1 million m² of floor space and over CNY 10 billion invested, centred on cold-chain handling with 100,000-tonne cold stores. Phase one opened in October 2012, combining trading, storage, distribution, processing and food-safety traceability. It serves Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Jilin and is a platform for farm-produce trade with Russia.
