💡 Tips for traders
Trade follows the harvest — the autumn dig, roughly October to December, brings the widest supply and the clearest prices; grades are set by root size and shape, so agree the grade and moisture content in writing; sulphur-fumigated stock still circulates, so ask for a sulphur-dioxide test; Minxian sits above 2,000 m and winters are cold, so plan the trip accordingly
